No, not the “Saul” that had a life-changing experience (duh, ya reckon!) on The Road To Damascus. The other one. The one that The N&O / McClatchy, Jim Goodmon, The N&R, BullyBarber, MSNBC, CBS, CNN, et al don’t want you to know about – Saul Alinsky.
Here for your general edification is a thumbnail introduction to the man and his whopsided socio-political ideology….. Barack Obama’s version of a “Founding Father”. The version of “an American Dream” that is the foundation of The Obama Regime.

Preface: I’ve done one of these Alinsky columns several times over the past six years. EVERY TIME I hear from some reader who says “Gee, I never knew about this guy. He is scary.”
Most of you who come here regularly are to some degree “Conservative” in your socio-political bent. Wherever you fall along the philosophical spectrum from “crazy right-winger” to RINO…. you do consider yourself “rational” and of quite sound mind. We all do. I prefer “crazy right-winger” myself. 🙂

The dutiful minions comprising Brer’ Barber hooting & hating mini mobs do too. UNC’s Gene Nichol is quite confident that he has the answer….. as confident as Karl Rove is that he does.
Unless you are a card-carrying Luddite living alone in a cave bereft of anything created by Steve Jobs or Bill Gates….. you are the product of information you have absorbed through whatever resources you “trust” to inform you. That some of your neighbors actually trust Goodmon, McClatchy, et al as their primary resource should cause the hairs on your neck to prickle.

Points of Reference: Saul Alinsky died in 1972. He evolved his socio-political philosophy from the 1930s thru the 1960s.
Hillary Clinton DID meet Alinsky and was offered a job in his organization. Her senior thesis at Wellesley in 1969 was on Alinsky’s Model…. LINK.

Obama apologists try to debunk and obfuscate his ties to Alinsky by the fact he (BHO) was only ten when Alinsky died. THAT is a fact. That Obama is a dedicated student of Alinsky’s philosophy is also A FACT. Don’t be confused by these seemingly conflicting “facts”.

There are Eight Levels of Control that must be obtained before you are able to create a social state. The first is the most important.
1) Healthcare– Control healthcare and you control the people
2) Poverty – Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.
3) Debt – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.
4) Gun Control– Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state.
5) Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income)
6) Education – Take control of what people read and listen to – take control of what children learn in school.
7) Religion – Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools
8) Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.
(NOTE: Do you think Ol’ Roy Williams knew this before he did his little commercial shilling for ObamaCare. Probably not since Ol’ Roy only reads books about Dean Smith. Wanna bet Dean Smith knew about Saul Alinsky?)
Alinsky merely simplified Vladimir Lenin’s original scheme for world conquest by communism, under Russian rule. Stalin described his converts as “Useful Idiots.” The Useful Idiots have destroyed every nation in which they have seized power and control. It is presently happening at an alarming rate in the U.S.
