Nine Years Ago: 610 N. Buchanan Blvd - Duke Lacrosse

March 15,'15:  Before you read AgentPierce's 9th Anniversary of Duke Lacrosse.

That we learned about that Sports Illustrated story was a pretty amazing coincidence.  I never should have found it as I seldom visit that site.  "for want of a nail, a shoe was lost......".

BEWARE:  "An AgentPierce" coming up.

Return with us now to March 13, 2006 - A monumental journalistic travesty is about to unfold ..........

Sports Illustrated re: UNC Scandal

March 13,'15:  Sports Illustrated has a loooong article on UNC's Mess.  An SI writer / UNC alum from early 80s does a "What happened to my beloved Alma Mater !!!!

All the sordid details we've memorized PLUS new sordid details.

Mary & Jay WOW at Raleigh Sports Club

March 11;’15:  From my perspective it was “a dud”.  No silverware thrown, F-bombs hurled, or one constipated TruBlue having a caniption fit!   Mary Willingham & Jay Smith spoke to an enthusiastic packed Raleigh Sports Club Wednesday....  The audience was “seasoned” and attentive for "Bonnie & Clyde of Franklin Street"......

Syracuse's Jim Boeheim versus Lonesome Duck's Blue Duck

March 9,’15:  All of Life’s questions can be found within The Godfather, CaddyShack or Animal House.   And Lonesome Dove.  Larry McMurtry’s opus/epic “oater” of the adventures of Texas Rangers Gus and Woodrow capsules Life within one book / TV movie. ..... Even questions about Syracuse's misadventures w/ Coach Jim Boeheim.

Who Cares about Ryan Hoffman?

March 7,’15:   Did you see the NYT article about former UNC FBer Ryan Hoffman?  It’s Linked here.  That this involves UNC FB is coincidental, in light of all the other crap surrounding UNC Athletics.
There are a LOT of Ryan Hoffmans out there.  How many?  Not enough that rabid fans much care.

Spiro Agnew, Lizzie Borden and UNC's JAN BOXILL

March 5,’15:  Name a former VP, an Ax Murderer and the latest recipient of the Dickie Baddour ARE YOU KIDDING ME Award at UNC-CH.

I have never met Spiro, Lizzie or this Jan Boxill person.   I cannot attest to the ethical purity of any of the three, but, I’d trust Spiro or Lizzie before I would Jan Boxill ..... The clowns keep pouring out of the little car in Chapel Hill.

It's March: Et Tu Duke!

March 3,’15:  March was not a good month for Julius Caesar.... nor for the past 7-8 years for the Gothic Rockpile in West Derm.   In March 2006 there was Duke Lacross OUCH!  There have been upset losses to VCU and Lehigh and Mercer ......  and now – The Sulaimon Dilemma.

About Mary Willingham.... About Mobs

Feb 25,’15:  I’ve been holding off anticipating Mary & Jay’s book being “out”; and a MEGA surprise.   Both are still another week or so away.

Meanwhile Mary Willingham settles and Fan Mobs rear their ugly head AGAIN.
